We'll notify you when you reach 90% of your submission limit. If you exceed your plan, you can upgrade anytime—your new limits apply immediately. We never charge overage fees.
A submission is any successful form entry that we receive and store. This includes all submissions, even if you delete them later. Deleted submissions still count toward your monthly quota.
We'll send you email notifications at 90% usage. Once you hit your limit, new submissions will be temporarily paused until your billing cycle resets or you upgrade to a higher plan.
Yes. Annual plans save you the equivalent of two months compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. We prorate charges for upgrades.
